New Clubs: You can register your club at anytime of year but you must be a registered club before your swimmers can register for your club and USMS. To register your club just download the two documents, read them over, and return the club registration form to our register with the appropriate fee (current fee will be on the registration form). Once we receive your application for your club we will process it and you will receive a welcome email from USMS and an acknowledgment email from our registrar. Starting a new club you will need to download these two documents: (Click here to download the documents): Running a Successful Club Club Registration form Club Renewals: Club Renewals should be done on-line where possible. Around October 1, USMS will email each club contact renewal instructions. Please complete your renewal by October 15 so we have time to update all information and forms ahead of swimmer registration, which opens November 1. If you are unable to renew on-line, please use the paper club registration form.
