in the Top Ten in USMS | Top Ten Patch Are you a Top Ten swimmer in your age
group in any of the three courses? Go to the Top Ten
page to check if you are. If so, you are eligible to puchase an official USMS
Top Ten patch, which was designed in 1976 by the late Harry Fox, an O*H*I*O
Masters swimmer. The price for one patch for any year, plus one stroke segment
is $5.00. Additional stroke segments are $1.25 each. Checks should be made
