Dryland Workouts

1. Yoga exercises for swimmers - this page includes links to some specific yoga exercises that swimmers can do  (core strength, improve you freestyle and etc.)


2. 4 Exercises to strengthen your shoulders - with video and explanations (shoulder rehab exercises)    

3. Body Weight exercises - demonstrates 20 exercises that are good for swimmers and below the same exercises combined with the workouts    

4. Examples of workouts: Competition workout #1, Bodyweight fitness, Competition workout #2, Med ball circuit, Workout #3
